Abdullah Zubir Reaches 200th Premier League Appearance

Our team’s footballer Abdullah Zubir has played his 200th match in the Azerbaijan Premier League. His milestone coincided with the 15th round of the championship.

The French midfielder featured in the home match against Araz-Nakhchivan, which ended in a 5–1 victory.

Zubir made his Premier League debut in the 2018/19 season and has scored 52 goals in 200 matches to date. Having worn the jersey of only our club in Azerbaijan, the midfielder has become the 158th player in the history of the competition to reach 200 or more matches.
