EMRAH CHELIKEL: “OUR OVERALL OBJECTIVE WILL BE “ACTIVE MANAGEMENT”

Football Club "Qarabagh" having lost Moldavian club "Zimbru" by results of two games could not get in the second stage of a cup of UEFA. And to learn opinion of a management of club "Qarabagh" and also the purpose in forthcoming National championship we represent you interview to Director of Club Ishik Emrah Chelikel: - Mister Emrah, unexpectedly our command could not continue the way. What has served as the reason? - The management of Football Club "Qarabagh" has made every possible to create conditions for a command and football players, including all the organizing moments at a high level. However we have lost for game and it means that somewhere there was an omission and lacks. That we shall eliminate these lacks to try even more strongly. - Whether you have revealed the listed lacks? - Our main lack of this game is our inability to leave the winner in this game. If we would not lose we have not seen these lacks. Having worked above all this to us should develop even more “Qarabagh”. - After a match our main trainer too has recognized presence of lacks... - As in structure of there were many damaged players were both problems. And these problems have affected game. Absence of 5 football players at once has affected game. - What works you intend to lead in the future? Under the order of the President and вице the President of club we are going to introduce the most developed technology in the world in Baku. We shall use a world practice, and also practice of Turkey in our command. Thus, we shall analyze feedback of each football player, and to concern to it accordingly. Here I wish to note, that we shall try, that feedback at the football player would be high. It will be analyzed processes in their organism, and to take adequate measures. - It is possible to come to such conclusion what the special control system above football players will be applied? - Alongside with techniques we shall lean also on a command having experience in this sphere. Thus, we, not interfering with work of the trainer, shall supervise feedback of each football player. And from trainers the timely report will be required. And thus the management in all affairs will play an active role. - How all this to be reflected in a command? - In comparison with the last year in it to year “Qarabagh” has very much changed in the positive party. And all these works are calculated on the next year. We shall try, that in the future to year in UEFA has gone in many respects more developed “Qarabagh” and for this purpose we shall collect all forces. If to tell more shortly that an overall objective “Qarabagh” in the future to year will be: “Active Management”. We shall use practice of the developed clubs and we consider that it will be useful to us. We wish you good luck in these affairs.
