"GARABAGH" TAKES A REST

XIII National Championship has come to an end and "Garabagh" Football Club has kept its pretension for the next season. "Garabagh" which took an undesirable place in the Championship, has never before taken the 6th place in the history of championships. The club which twice lived the joy of being a champion and the worst place for was the 4th place. In the all rounds of the last XIII National Championship, "Garabagh" which never went down to the 4th place, yet in the last three rounds losing 8 points managed to add 1 point into its activities. At the same time Scoring one goal to its rival’s goal found eight goals in its own goal. And this was the reason for taking the place in which it is now. If we take a look at the rounds, "Garabagh" which lost points in matches with the clubs that abandoned the championship, but in the matches called "Derby" was the real king and at the same time was the victim of the poor ones. In the 31st round after receiving losses because of 2 harsh mistakes of our defense, and physical state grow worse thus telling on in two rounds. At present "Garabagh" takes a rest. Legionary footballers left home and will be back when preparations for the next season begin. For the contract of our chief coach Igor Ponomarev ended the administrative staff looks for a new chief coach. The date of beginning preparations for the new season will be determined after finding a new coach.
