Qarabağ played their latest match in the 29th round of the Misli Premier League, hosting Zira.

Before the match held at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium, the club president, Tahir Gozel, presented a commemorative jersey to team captain Abdellah Zoubir for making his 300th appearance for the club.

Our players started the match with high intensity and opened the scoring in the 15th minute. Kady Borges scored a beautiful goal from a free-kick. The remainder of the first half was marked by mutual attacking play.

The high tempo continued into the second half, with both teams launching quick attacks in search of a goal. However, the final touches were either inaccurate or denied by the goalkeepers. As a result, our team left the pitch with a 1-0 victory.

Topping the league table, Qarabağ increased their points tally to 70 and extended the gap with their closest rival Zira to 15 points.

It should be noted that Qarabağ will play their next league match away against Sabail on April 11.
