Our team played its next match in Round XX of the Misli Premier League, with İmişli as the opponent.

The opening match of the round took place at the Quba Olympic Sports Complex. Our team started the game with the following starting XI:

The match was played with Qarabağ’s dominance. Creating more attacking chances, our team found it difficult to break through the opponent’s defensive line.

The outcome of the game was decided in the second half. Even after being reduced to ten men, our team continued to attack. One of these attacks resulted in Musa Qurbanlı heading a cross from the wing into the net to make it 1–0.

This goal secured a narrow victory for our team, increasing our points tally to 45.

It should be noted that Qarabağ will play its next match on February 18. The first leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off round against Newcastle United will take place in Baku.
