Qurban Qurbanov: “It wasn’t an easy game”

After the 9th round of the Azerbaijan Premier League match between Qarabağ and Shamakhi (0:0), our team’s head coach Qurban Qurbanov held a press conference and shared his thoughts about the match:

"It wasn’t an easy game for us. I just wished the match had been more dynamic. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The opponent’s style of play made it difficult to find space on the field. They quickly transitioned into counterattacks. The frequent stoppages in the game also created some problems. We added another point to our tally. Thanks to the fans, who supported us until the very end. It’s clear that the championship will be highly competitive."
