Tahir Gozel has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Azersun Holding.

This strategic change in management symbolizes the trust placed in the next generation of the family business and the holding’s transition to a modern, innovative management model.

Tahir Gozel is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Sheffield and Sup de Co University in France. In addition to leading global companies such as “Greentech,” he is also the founder of “Proxima,” a company in Azerbaijan that meets the most advanced standards in artificial intelligence and IT.

The new chairman aims to expand “Azersun Holding’s” export geography from its current 40 countries to 60, implement AI-based optimization in production, and promote the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand worldwide.
