"We can do better"

The press conference of the head coach of our team, Gurban Gurbanov, was held after the "Garabagh" - "Malmö" (Sweden) match (1:2) held within the second round of the League stage in the European League. An experienced specialist expressed his opinion about the meeting:

"We didn't want to lose in front of our home fans. We had a lot of goal episodes. I said that "Malmö" has a different style of play. We conceded an early goal in the second half. On the contrary, we should have started aggressively after the break. Even conceding a goal in the first minutes affected the players. We are a good team, we can play better and get a more successful result. I hope that we will be better in the future."

The head coach said that some players are out of shape: "It is possible that the injury of several of our players caused a delay in our game plan. Some players are out of shape. Psychological fatigue can also occur. This is felt in the European Cup matches. We can do better. Especially, in such matches, there should be more motivation, dynamics, we should spend strength. Even if we lose today, it will be useful."
