Ahead of the Matchday 7 fixture of the UEFA Champions League league phase between Qarabağ and Eintracht Frankfurt (Germany), a press conference was held with the participation of our head coach Gurban Gurbanov and midfielder Pedro Bicalho. They shared their thoughts on the match, which will take place tomorrow.

Gurban Gurbanov spoke about facing a strong opponent:

“It is a very important match. We did not have much time to prepare. We prepared calmly and used the limited time efficiently. We needed to get the players physically ready. I believe we will see a disciplined team on the pitch. We will try to deliver one of our best performances.”

Pedro Bicalho also stated that the team will do everything possible to achieve a positive result:

“This is an important match for us. We had a training camp in Türkiye. I believe we will be able to implement what we want in tomorrow’s match. Considering the stature of the tournament and the importance of the game, it is a big match. This is the most important game of my career.”
