XAGANI MAMMADOV HAS BEEN SENT AWAY FROM REFEREEING!

Yesterday in the headquarters of AFFA a regular meeting of Referees Committee was held. In this meeting mistakes of referees which influenced on some of the matches of Azerbaijan Championship were discussed about and a legal estimation was given to this mistakes. According to AFFA the most severe punishment were given Xaqani Mammadov. X.Mammadov was penalized for the severe mistakes made in the match between "Turan" - "İnter" and thus he was dismissed from Championship matches. In addition, HK adopted a resolution to dismiss X.Mammadov from FİFA refereeing. In his place a candidature of Vusal Aliyev was nominated for this post. Other members of referees of "Turan" - "İnter" match - İlham Aliyev, Mehman Mahmudov and Anar Niyazov are disqualified for 3 matches from refereeing. Other referee İqor Shpakovski was dismissed for the mistake in the "Shahdag" - "Karvan" match for the period of the end of the first round. HK will consider his recovery in the second round.
